Hi Eric, 1) How to get adb logs => Please refer to another issue, https://172.18.223.170/vaas/view.php?id=538 2) How to get bugreport log, and please check above issue => 'adb bugreport' dump lots of system information, the file size is big and its content depends on current running applications, including background services. We don't recommend to use 'adb bugreport' to capture whole logs for debugging. We use 'adb logcat', 'adb dumpsys [service]', 'adb shell dmesg'...commands to check different issues. |

Hi Kerwin, I'm curious if finding the root cause of any issue such as abnormal crash is enough only with logcat and kernel log. If you and our 3rd parties think to be enough, we can disregard this issue, but the bugreport log has been always needed in my experience. I would be grateful if you could further discuss with AML about this issue. |

Hi Eric, Please verify on latest version. 'adb bugreport [file name.zip] ' ==> this will generate a zip file with system dump logs. |
